Activity Cancelled / Annulation d’Activité :

The dog sledding activity has been cancelled for November 16^th, it has been replaced with an activity we will do in December.

L’activité de traîneau à chien le 16 novembre a été annulé et remplacé pour une autre activité qui aura lieu en décembre.

Outings / Sorties : IMPORTANT IMPORTANT IMPORTANT IMPORTANT

We have been living some inconveniences during our outings; therefore we would like to take the time to explain to you our procedure for outings and what will be applied in the future.

Outings: We ask that the parent and children be at the daycare 15 minutes before we leave, this will allow the children to go to the washroom before leaving, get there outing t-shirt and say goodbye to their parents if the parents are not participating in the outing. This precious time allows us to do a proper attendance for the outing. Leaving on time or a few minutes’ early helps with any construction or traffic we may get on the way.

If in the event the bus as arrived and the children and parents present are ready and on the bus we will leave. Therefore, we ask that you respect the time indicated on the authorization form. There will be no more phone calls to your home to see if you are on your way. If in the event you arrive after we have left your options are to follow the bus to the outing or return home with your child.

When you are participating on a outing we expect you to participate in the activity with your child, therefore be with your child, help them when needed and have fun. We may at times ask for your help with other children depending on the outing. If your child has an allergy and they need an epipen, we ask that if you are participating to bring your child’s epipen. If you are not participating we will take care of it. If your child wears a diaper we will have wipes and diapers packed for every child, whether the parent is participating or not.
