Levée de fond / Fundraising :

Suite aux commentaires dans le sondage nous avons décidé de faire une levée de fonds pour faire l’acquisition de nouvelles bicyclettes et casques pour aller avec notre nouvelle piste cyclable. Voici maintenant la levée de fond que nous proposons. Nous sommes ouvert à recevoir d’autre idée de levée de fonds.

After receiving the survey we decided to try a fundraising activity to buy new bicycles and helmets that will go with our new bicycle path. We propose the following activity. We are open to other fun and new ideas for fundraising…

IDÉE : Trousse de 1^er soin / First Aid Kits:

Suite à la formation 1^er soin et RCR offerte aux employés du CPE, plusieurs ont constaté l’importance d’avoir des trousse de 1^er soin à la portée de la main. Que ce soit pour la maison, la voiture, la roulotte ou autres, que nous soyons au travail, à la maison, en vacance ou sur la route, nous ne savons jamais quand la trousse nous sera d’un secours important.

Voici donc, une levée de fond original !! Nous vous proposons des trousses (pour vous, votre famille, vos amis, vos collègues de travail etc…). Les trousses seront dans un plastique rigide à l’épreuve de l’humidité et l’eau, et le logo du CPE y sera inscrit !! Les trousses valent en magasin 30$, elles nous coûteront 10$ et seront vendus au prix de 20$. Il faut vendre un minimum de 100 trousses. Nous ferons cette levée de fond conjointement avec l’installation de Luskville. Pour commander nous retourner le formulaire de commande en annexe pour lundi le 16 février.

After following a first aid course offered to some of the staff at the ECC, we realized the importance of having a first aid kit at our disposition. Whether it is in your house, the car, trailer or other, such as work, on the road, we just never know when we will need one.

Therefore our original idea for a fundraiser is First aid kits… It could be for you, your family, friends, colleges, etc…. The kits will be a hard plastic which are water proof and humidity proof, they will also have the ECC logo on them. The kits are worth 30$ in store, they cost us 10$ and are sold for 20$. We need to sell a minimum of 100 kits. We will be doing the fundraising activity with the Luskville Center. To order, please fill in the attached form and return it to daycare on or before Monday February 16^th, 2009.

Sortie Centre de Jour / Day Center :

Les amis Arcs-en-ciel et Planète iront visiter le centre jour la semaine prochaine. La date sera confirmer sous peu.

The friends from the Rainbow and Planets will be visiting the Day Center next week. The date will be confirmed soon.

St-Valentin / Valentine’s:

Nous fêterons la fête de l’amour et l’amitié vendredi le 13 février. SVP s’habiller pour l’occasion en rouge, blanc ou rose. De plus, les enfants du groupe de fusée, de planète et d’arc-en-ciel iront voir une pièce de théâtre présenté par secondaire 3 de l’école secondaire de Fort-Coulonge.

We will be celebrating Valentine’s Day on Friday February 13^th. Please dress in red, pink or white. Also the children from the Rocket ship, Planet and Rainbow groups will be going to the ESSC High school in Fort-Coulonge for a play presented by the Secondary 3 level.

Semaine de relâche / March Break:

Les parents qui prévoient que leur enfant sera en congé lors de la semaine de relâche nous le laisser savoir afin que nous puissions organiser les horaires des employés en conséquence. Un gros merci de votre collaboration !!

If you plan to have your child on vacation during March break (whether it is for 1 day or all week) please let Mona know, therefore we can organize the appropriate staffing… Thank you for your cooperation
