bonne chose à une fin, hé oui (!) la rentrée arrive déjà à grand pas !! Voici quelques informations pour
vous…
Information :
Documents à signer :
Nous débuterons dans les prochaines semaines :

• La signature pour l’entente afin de renouveler le service pour la prochaine année
• La vérification des numéros de téléphone d’urgence pour s’assurer que le tout est à jour
• La mise à jour du poids de votre enfant pour le protocole d’acétaminophène.
• La signature des 2 dernières fiches d’assiduités. Le changement de logiciel a occasionné
  un délai avec la signature de ceux-ci. Vous constaterez aussi un changement au niveau du
  contenu de cette fiche, qui contiendra uniquement les présences/absences de l’enfant.
  Nous serons alors prêts pour une nouvelle année !!
  Graduation:
  Nous soulignerons, avec un pincement au cœur, le départ de nos grands amis Arc-en-Ciel
  vendredi le 22 août à 11h00. Papa, Maman, grands frère/sœur sont invités à passer un dernier
  moment spécial au CPE ! SVP, nous confirmer combien de personnes sera parmi nous, merci !
  Rencontre annuelle des parents :
  Mardi le 26 août à 18h30 sera notre rencontre annuelle de début d’année. Des informations
  générales (CPE) et personnalisés (au groupe de votre enfant) vous seront transmises. Bien sûr, les
  enfants vous auront préparé une petite surprise… Pour parents et employés seulement. Au plaisir
  de vous accueillir pour une nouvelle année !!
  Formation des groupes :
  Voici quel(le) éducatrice (teur) sera officiellement avec quel groupe :

  I hope you are enjoying the beautiful summer weather Mother Nature has blessed us with! But as
  all good things must come to an end, yes, the new school year is fast approaching! Here is some
  information for you…
  Information:
  Documents to sign:
  In the coming weeks, we will begin:
• Signing the agreement contract for the next year
• Verifying emergency phone numbers to ensure that everything is up to date
• Updating your child’s weight for the acetaminophen protocol.
• Signing the last two attendance sheets. The software change has caused a delay in signing
  these. You will also notice a change in the content of this sheet, which will only contain
  the child’s attendance/absences.
  We will then be ready for a new year!
  Graduation:
  We will mark the departure of our dear Rainbow friends with a heavy heart on Friday, August 22nd
  at 11:00 a.m. Dad, Mom, big brother/sister are invited to spend one last special moment at the
  ECC! Please confirm with your child’s educator how many people will be with us, thank you!
  Annual Parent Meeting:
  Our annual Discover our World meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 26th at 6:30 p.m. General
  information (ECC) and personalized information (about your child’s group) will be provided. Of
  course, the children will have prepared a little surprise for you… For parents and employees only.
  We look forward to welcoming you for a new year!
